Dreams & Purpose is a passionate, mission‑led organisation providing semi‑independent living and supported accommodation for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 18.
We exist to empower young people to grow, develop essential life skills, and move confidently towards independence, within a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Our approach balances structure with compassion, ensuring every young person feels respected, heard, and supported to reach their full potential.

Our rural Wales setting offers young people the benefits of space, fresh air. Being surrounded by countryside provides opportunities for outdoor activity, routine, and reflection, helping young people regulate, reset, and engage more positively with support.

Across the UK, local authorities are under increasing pressure to secure safe, suitable placements for vulnerable young people. Demand for children’s social care and supported accommodation continues to rise year on year, with thousands of young people requiring specialist provision at any given time.
Many of those entering the system have experienced significant adversity, and outcomes for care-experienced young people remain a concern, particularly around placement stability, education, employment, and the transition to independent living.
